Warm, Integrative Psychological Support
Reaching out for therapy is a significant step, and my goal is to create a therapeutic environment where you feel respectfully received and supported from the very beginning. I offer warm, thoughtful, and integrative psychological support to adolescents, young adults, students, couples, and adults.
My intention is to provide a space where your experiences can be explored with care, depth, and understanding. I view therapy not as something intimidating or overly clinical, but as a shared process of reflection, growth, and meaningful change.
Areas of Focus
I work with individuals and couples navigating a variety of life's complexities. My practice is designed to support you through:
-
Emotional Challenges: Managing feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, or uncertainty.
-
Relationship Difficulties: Navigating conflict and connection in couples and families.
-
Trauma & Loss: Processing experiences of loss, trauma, and exposure to critical incidents.
-
Life Transitions: Support during key developmental, occupational, and relational changes, including the transition from school to university.
-
Identity & Self-Discovery: Exploring identity questions and building self-awareness.

Many people arrive feeling uncertain; my hope is that you leave sessions feeling more resourced, self-aware, and able to engage your life with clarity, courage, and self-compassion.
