Assessment
Career assessment is a process that assist people in making informed decision about subject choice, tertiary studies and career paths. This service may be helpful to teens, young adults and adults who would like to make an informed decision within their professional development. The career assessment allow people to gain a holistic understanding of themselves, the world of study and the world of work.

All aspects of a person’s personality, needs, values, aptitude and interests are taken into consideration during this process. The career assessment begins with an interview that is focused on the client’s need for the assessment, as well as an in-depth understanding of the client within their context.
This qualitative exploration is accompanied by standardised psychometric assessments that are decided upon once the client’s needs are established. Several psychometric assessments are generally used within the career assessment battery, including assessments that measure aptitude, interests, personality, values and career maturity. These assessments may be accompanied by a cognitive assessment battery, depending on the needs of the client.
The results of the assessment is discussed in a feedback session, accompanied by a comprehensive feedback report.
